SHW Jewelry is in search of a Senior Client Advisor & Project Manager to elevate the in-store client experience and oversee bespoke ring journeys from inquiry to delivery. **Primary Duties**
– **Client Journey & Project Oversight**: Oversee customized engagement ring and wedding band journeys, manage various bespoke projects, and act as the primary contact for clients.
– **In-Store Client Engagement & Sales**: Supervise daily in-store operations, assist walk-in and scheduled clients, and spearhead jewelry consultations.
– **Client Interaction & CRM**: Facilitate client communications with warmth and clarity, create appointment summaries, and keep precise client records.
– **Collaboration with Team & Studio**: Synchronize client journeys with the Lead Designer, provide feedback to enhance workflows, and assist studio operations.
**Your Profile**
